Kathi Gollwitzer

Associate Director, Licensing

Kathi Gollwitzer is the Associate Director of Licensing at Pharmacy Quality Alliance (PQA). She is the primary program manager for PQA's licensing program, which includes evaluating new requests, drafting, negotiating, and managing license agreements, stakeholder engagement, internal process management, and product success.

Her experience is in teaching, program management, and executive office administration in various industries that included professional associations, nonprofits, and theatre arts organizations where her career began. As an actress, director, Helen Hayes Awards judge, and later as a teacher and professional acting coach, she developed students that went on to be accepted in conservatories such as The Juilliard School, The Theatre School at DePaul University, and New York University Tisch School of the Arts, and mentored young directors. She served as artistic director and lead director for a professional theatre company in the greater Washington DC area for ten years, with shows produced both here in the US and overseas. Gollwitzer is most proud of her work in the DC School system as a Helen Hayes Legacy Program teacher and receiving the Elizabeth Campbell Award for the Advancement of the Arts, and the Virginia’s Governor’s School, Excellence in Teaching Award, three times. She joined PQA in 2022 after serving for almost ten years at the American Pharmacists Association, a national nonprofit pharmacy organization.

Gollwitzer holds a BA in Theatre Studies from the University of Manchester, Rose Bruford College of Theatre & Performance. She enjoys traveling with her family, babysitting her favorite dogs, and creating her own custom greeting cards.
