Jeff Rochon, Pharm.D.,FAPhA is a creative and high energy executive focused on responsible healthcare evolution through enhancing patient safety and health outcomes while assuring affordability and access. He earned his Doctorate in Pharmacy from University of Washington and completed a Community Practice Residency at Kelley-Ross Pharmacy in Seattle, WA. Over his career, he has worked in hospital, clinic and community pharmacy settings. Jeff spent twelve years as the Chief Executive Officer for the Washington State Pharmacy Association. In this capacity, he worked to build bridges by developing synergistic and collaborative relationships to navigate complex challenges within healthcare provision. Successful efforts have led to patient access and coverage for comprehensive medication reviews, medication synchronization, immunizations, contraception, opioid overdose rescue, HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis, and medication take-back through pharmacies. 

Rochon is the President and CEO of Pace Alliance. Pace works with partners to support state efforts to advance patient access to medications, preventative care and chronic disease management through independently owned community pharmacies across the country. During the pandemic, these efforts have focused on the vital role of pharmacies within their communities to ensure uninterrupted access to medications and increase patient access to public health services such as COVID-19 tests and vaccinations.
