Melody Evans, PharmDExecutive Fellow Melody Evans, PharmD, is one of the 2025-26 Executive Fellows at Pharmacy Quality Alliance (PQA). As a fellow, she works primarily with the Engagement, Education and Convening team, leveraging her pharmacy background to engage in PQA’s education initiatives and support PQA’s Annual Meeting and Leadership Summit. During pharmacy school, Evans served as the Student National Pharmaceutical Association (SNPhA) Region 3 Facilitator and the Collegiate Development Intern for Kappa Epsilon Professional Pharmacy Fraternity, Inc. She is passionate about association management, health equity, and performance management, with the aspiration to drive meaningful change in pharmacy practice at the national level. Evans received her doctor of pharmacy from Florida A&M University College of Pharmacy and her bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from Alcorn State University. In her free time, she enjoys playing with her kitten, Harmony, binge-watching Netflix shows, and spending quality time with family and friends.
