Kelsey Baughman, JD

Kelsey Baughman, JD, is the Senior Manager of Contracts at Pharmacy Quality Alliance (PQA). In this role, she is responsible for developing, negotiating, and managing the lifecycle for contracts and other agreements.

Prior to joining PQA, Baughman served as both a Magistrate and Assistant Public Defender for the Commonwealth of Virginia. She managed the Information Technology Governance team at Spirit AeroSystems where her responsibilities included oversight of adherence to policies, process improvement, building vendor relationships, and managing contract development. Leveraging her experience with law and technology, she spent several years guiding clients through the eDiscovery litigation process.

Baughman graduated from the University of Missouri – Kansas City with a BA in Criminal Justice and Criminology and went on to earn her Juris Doctor degree from Washington and Lee University School of Law. She has moved many times across the country, but now happily calls Virginia Beach home. In her free time, she loves reading a good book on the beach, enjoying live music, and dabbling in various art forms.
