Carolyn Lockwood, MSN, RNSenior Director, Performance Measurement
Prior to joining PQA, Lockwood worked at Health Services Advisory Group (HSAG) to assess measure gaps and led a team responsible for developing a de novo tool to assist CMS in assessing quality measures. Carolyn has been responsible for maintaining and developing clinician and facility-level quality measures for use in federal and internal quality programs. She has a background in informatics working to implement, manage, analyze and optimize the use of electronic health data to improve patient care and clinician experience. She also has a background in critical care nursing. Lockwood has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama Huntsville and a Masters of Science in Nursing Informatics from Walden University. In her free time, she enjoys camping, hiking and spending time with her grandchildren in her spare time. |
