The Workgroup to develop a Model Template for Pharmacy Providers is co-chaired by Deborah Thompson of Medicine Shoppe International, and Brian Hille of the Safeway Corporation. Lawrence Brown, Co-Chair of the Data Aggregation and Reporting Workgroup and Anne Burns of APhA will serve as liaisons to this group.
